All pre-machined receptacles have a two inch diameter and length "L" as specified. You need only machine a two inch hole in your mixer wall and install the required receptacle. All of the "finesse" machining has been done to the receptacle; threads, through-hole, conical taper, etc.
Stainless steel 316 receptacle (MDA series) designed to be welded into mixer wall. Available with dimension "L" from 1-1/4 inch to 4-1/2 inch increments of 1/4 inch. The MDA series mixer thermocouple requires one teflon conical seal (part number: C11-60).
Stainless steel 303 spacer (MDA series) for use with MDA series receptacles. Available with dimension "L" from 1/4 inch to 3-1/4 inch increments of 1/4 inch. Spacer length "L" is always 1-1/4 inch shorter than dimension "L" of receptacle. This spacer is not required if dimension "L" of MDA series receptacle is 1-1/4 inch.
Stainless Steel 316 receptacle (MCR series) designed to be welded into mixer wall. Available with dimension "L" from 1-1/4 inches to 4-1/2 inch increments of 1/4 inches. The MCR series mixer thermocouples require one teflon conical seal (part number: C11-70).
